The next stage of your StaySlim programme centres on how you eat. You must be aware of the issues surrounding your eating habits to regain control of your weight. We will examine factors contributing to weight gain such as:

  • What you eat
  • When you eat
  • When you don’t eat
  • The amounts you eat
  • Your water intake

It is a simple mathematical fact:

If you want to lose weight on a long-term basis, you must burn more energy than you consume.

Energy Consumed

The easiest way to ensure you follow this formula is to keep a record of what you eat and how much exercise you take. As part of your StaySlim programme, you will receive a food diary to record what have eaten and to plan your snacks and meals. This will also help you to understand the habits and triggers preventing you from controlling your appetite.

Food should be enjoyed. We supply you with recipes that are so delicious you will forget they are also nutritious.

Energy Burned 

Exercise does not have to involve sweating it out in a gym. We focus on understanding how the body works and getting the most out of your everyday activities through simple techniques that are easy to apply.

Schedule Consultation

Now that you are armed with a personalised weight management plan, a food diary, and a special food and weight management book, you are ready to start losing weight. We will schedule your weekly appointment to monitor your progress and provide advice and support.

 Maintain Schedule

Your weekly appointments are essential to ensure your progression toward your ultimate goal. During each session, you can talk to us about your eating habits and triggers, and we will help you and advise you on how to make better choices and develop healthier habits. 

We will also monitor your weight and review your food diary. Alert us to any concerns or difficulties you may have experienced that week, and we will adjust your plan to meet your changing needs.
