Beef And Pak Choi Stirfry

Ingredients
  1. 500g beef rump steak trimmed and cut into strips
  2. Itsp Chinese 5 spice
  3. Use low calorie spray oil to cook
  4. 1 red chilli deseeded and chopped finely
  5. 1 clove garlic chopped
  6. 5cm root ginger grated
  7. 1 lemongrass stalk trimmed and sliced
  8. 100g sugar snap peas
  9. 8 baby corn halfed
  10. 6 spring onions chopped small
  11. 2 Pak choi roughly chopped
  12. Juice of half lime
  13. 2tbsp light soy sauce
  14. 1tbsp low sugar fish sauce
  15. 2tbsp chopped coriander
Instructions
  1. 1. Toss together the beef strips and 5 spice in a bowl
  2. 2. Heat the low calorie oil in a wok or large pan add chilli garlic ginger and lemongrass and cook for 1 min until softened remove and set aside
  3. 3. Add beef to pan Cook over a high heat until browned and cooked through add the chilli mixture to the pan with the sugar snaps baby corn and spring onion and stir fry for 1 min then add Pak choi and cook for a minute
  4. 4. Pour the lime juice soy sauce and fish sauce and toss well. Serve with sprinkled coriander
