
Beef And Pak Choi Stirfry

Ingredients
- 500g beef rump steak trimmed and cut into strips
- Itsp Chinese 5 spice
- Use low calorie spray oil to cook
- 1 red chilli deseeded and chopped finely
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 5cm root ginger grated
- 1 lemongrass stalk trimmed and sliced
- 100g sugar snap peas
- 8 baby corn halfed
- 6 spring onions chopped small
- 2 Pak choi roughly chopped
- Juice of half lime
- 2tbsp light soy sauce
- 1tbsp low sugar fish sauce
- 2tbsp chopped coriander
Instructions
- 1. Toss together the beef strips and 5 spice in a bowl
- 2. Heat the low calorie oil in a wok or large pan add chilli garlic ginger and lemongrass and cook for 1 min until softened remove and set aside
- 3. Add beef to pan Cook over a high heat until browned and cooked through add the chilli mixture to the pan with the sugar snaps baby corn and spring onion and stir fry for 1 min then add Pak choi and cook for a minute
- 4. Pour the lime juice soy sauce and fish sauce and toss well. Serve with sprinkled coriander
